Desde 2008, atuando no mercado de FoodService, Marcel, formado em Engenharia Civil e pós-graduado em Economia pela Universidade Mackenzie, com MBA em Gestão de Negócios pela BSP, introduziu no Brasil marcas renomadas como Hooters, Benihana, Jamie Oliver e Wendys. Com treinamentos certificados nos EUA e Europa, Marcel adquiriu uma sólida expertise.
Após residir e passar longas temporadas no Texas, Marcel tornou-se chef assador e PitMaster da MG74, um estabelecimento que combina açougue, empório e restaurante, além de contar com uma famosa sala secreta oferecendo um exclusivo menu degustação.
Nos últimos anos, Marcel tem levado a MG74 e a cultura da Parrilla e American BBQ para diversos eventos no Brasil, tornando o churrasco brasileiro e texano acessível a todos. Só no último ano, foram defumadas e grelhadas mais de 40 toneladas de diversas proteínas em grandes eventos como Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza e Tardezinha, espalhados por todo o país.

After residing and spending long seasons in Texas, Marcel became the grill chef and PitMaster of MG74, an establishment that combines a butcher shop, grocery store, and restaurant, along with a famous secret room offering an exclusive tasting menu.
In recent years, Marcel has brought MG74 and the culture of Parrilla and American BBQ to various events in Brazil, making Brazilian and Texan barbecue accessible to all. In just the past year, over 40 tons of various proteins were smoked and grilled at major events such as Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, and Tardezinha, spread throughout the country.
