Rubens Salfer, mais conhecido como Catarina, nasceu e cresceu em Joinville. Mais velho, ele foi morar na Europa onde viveu por 7 anos e trabalhou com grandes nomes como Michel Guérard e Arzak. Atualmente é Chef Executivo do Grupo D.O.M.
Rubens Salfer, better known as Catarina, was born and raised in Joinville. Older, he went to live in Europe where he lived for 7 years and worked with big names like Michel Guérard and Arzak. He is currently Executive Chef at Grupo D.O.M.
