Ela combina a tradição dos asados porteños com elementos da culinária brasileira, trabalhando sempre com carne Angus, além de edições especiais dedicadas a raças menos conhecidas. Ela gosta de brincar com bases clássicas e a essência da cozinha com fogo, que é o elemento central de seu legado aqui!
Cooking for 20 years, she has been at the helm of her restaurants Lola Bistrot and Marcelino Pan y Vino, and since 2014, she has taken charge of Cortés Asador from its conception and currently leads the kitchen of its four units.
