José Américo Crippa Filho é mais conhecido como Tatá Lowrider por sua paixão pelos carrões tunados e rebaixados popularizados na cultura Chicana dos Estados Unidos. Com eles se tornou conhecido por apresentar o programa Lowrider Brasil no Discovery Channel. Como cultura pop sai do asfalto, viaja pela moda, a música e a Gastronomia, não demorou muito para que ele se interessasse pela Gastronomia e pouco mais de dez anos atrás abriu o premiado Cadillac Burger. Na sequencia, abriu uma das primeiras smokehouses do Brasil, o Cadillac BBQ. Tudo na Moóca, bairro onde nasceu cresceu e de onde trabalha para revitalizar a antiga região industrial com mais arte, gastronomia e entretenimento.
Amigo da Churrascada desde a primeira edição segue trazendo suas criações para o nosso evento. Mas dessa vez apresentando o Pitmaster do Cadillac Barbecue, Waltão Amaral que, a nosso pedido, criou Barbecue com cor e sabor brasileiros inspirado nos sabores do Norte do País.
José Américo Crippa Filho is better known as Tatá Lowrider for his passion for cars popularised in the Chicano culture of the United States. With them he became known for presenting the program Lowrider Brasil on Discovery Channel. As pop culture leaves the asphalt, travels through fashion, music and gastronomy, it didn't take long for him to become interested in gastronomy and just over ten years ago he opened the award-winning Cadillac Burger. In the sequence, he opened one of the first smokehouses in Brazil, Cadillac BBQ. Everything in Moóca, the neighbourhood where he was born he grew up and where he works to revitalize the old industrial region with more art, gastronomy and entertainment.
A friend of Churrascada since the first edition continues to bring his creations to our event. But this time introducing the Pitmaster of Cadillac Barbecue, Waltão Amaral who, upon our request, created Barbecue with Brazilian hues, inspired by the flavors of the North of the country.
